The goal of the project was to develop a centralized multi-carrier solution that simplifies shipping management, automates label creation and enables seamless synchronization across connected systems and marketplaces.
The Initial Situation
Shipping processes were often fragmented across different carrier platforms and shop systems. Creating labels manually and switching between multiple interfaces increased operational effort and slowed down fulfillment processes for online retailers.
