In modern e-commerce environments, shipping processes often involve multiple carriers, platforms and shop systems. The goal of the project was to develop a centralized multi-carrier solution that simplifies shipping management, automates label creation and enables seamless synchronization across connected systems and marketplaces.

The Initial Situation

Shipping processes were often fragmented across different carrier platforms and shop systems. Creating labels manually and switching between multiple interfaces increased operational effort and slowed down fulfillment processes for online retailers.

Originally developed from the direct needs of dewabit users, the solution evolved into an independent multi-carrier platform with open API connectivity.
